How to get started — read this first
Start with the Pipeline Audit
Open Claude.ai or ChatGPT. Paste the Pipeline Audit Prompt. Answer each question honestly. Save the output. That's your baseline — everything else builds on it.
Read the 90-Day Sprint One-Pager
Before you send a single email, understand the three phases. Weeks 1–4 are for building your list, not sending. Most founders skip this and wonder why outreach doesn't work.
Set up Claude Cowork
Follow the setup guide in the Academy. Takes about 20 minutes. Once it's running, use it to prep prospect research before you write emails — it changes how fast you can move.
Do the ICP Exercises — in order
Best Client Audit first. Anti-ICP Filter second. ICP Statement third. Budget 45 minutes. Do not skip Exercise 2. The "do not pursue" profile saves as much time as knowing who to target. Once done, paste your ICP into the Cowork agent template and configure it in Settings.
Run your first daily prospect batch
Open your Apollo saved search. Pull 10–20 names. Paste them into the Daily Task Prompt in Cowork. Review the output. Edit emails that need work. Send from your personal email — not a sequence tool — for the first touch.
Getting replies but can't keep up? That's the signal. Five or more replies in 60 days means the system is working — and you need more infrastructure, not more hustle. Reach out at raj@runconnective.ai and we'll figure out the right next step together.
